Educational Qualification A Graduate in any discipline (Regular or Distance Learning) from a University/Institution/Board recognized by the Government of India or approved by a Government Regulatory Body.
Experience Must be a Gramin Dak Sevak (GDS) engaged with the Department of Posts (DoP) as of 01.08.2025.
Other Conditions The applicant should have no vigilance/disciplinary case pending against him/her and should not be serving any punishment at the time of applying.

    Selection Process
    The selection for the Executive post will be made purely on the basis of merit, determined by the percentage of marks obtained in the Graduation degree.
  • A Merit List will be drawn up banking outlet-wise.
  • The graduation percentage will be considered exactly up to two decimal places; no rounding off is permitted.
  • Tie-Breaker: In case two or more candidates have the same graduation percentage, the candidate with seniority in DoP service will be selected. If seniority is also the same, the Date of Birth will be considered (older candidate is preferred).
