• Last Date to Apply: 14 August 2025 (till 3:00 PM)
• Course Starts: April 2026 (66th SSC Tech Men & 37th SSC Tech Women)

✅ Eligibility

• Age Limit (as on 01 April 2026):
  • For SSC Tech Men & Women: 20 to 27 years (Born between 2 April 1999 and 1 April 2006)
  • For Widows of Defence Personnel: Up to 35 years
• Education:
  • B.E./B.Tech Degree (or final year students who’ll finish before April 2026)
  • Degree must be from a recognized university
• Marital Status:
  • Unmarried men and women
  • Widows of Defence Personnel can also apply
• Application Fee: Free

📝 Selection Process

1. Shortlisting (based on marks in engineering degree)
2. SSB Interview (5-day personality, leadership & intelligence tests)
3. Medical Test
4. Final Merit List (SSB + Medical)

🏋️ Training & Service

• Training Location: OTA, Chennai
• Training Type: Short Service Commission
  • 10 years service, extendable to 14 years
  • Option to apply for Permanent Commission after 10 years
• Posting: In technical arms like Engineers, Signals, EME, etc.
