🎓 Eligibility Criteria
✅ Educational Qualification:
🔹 Class 10 (Matriculation) or equivalent from a recognized board
📜 Domicile Requirement:
🔸 Must possess a valid domicile certificate of the State/UT applied for

🔸 Proficiency in the local language(s)/dialect(s) is mandatory
