🏢 SSC MTS & Havaldar Recruitment 2025 – Key Details
The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the notification for the recruitment of Havaldars (1075 posts) in CBIC and CBN. Vacancies for MTS (Multi-Tasking Staff) will be announced later.
📅 Important Dates:
- Notification Released: June 26, 2025
- Application Start Date: June 26, 2025
- Last Date to Apply Online: July 24, 2025
- Last Date to Pay Fees: July 25, 2025
- Application Correction: July 29–31, 2025
- Exam Dates (CBT): September 20 to October 24, 2025
📌 Total Vacancies:
- Havaldar (CBIC & CBN): 1075 Posts
- MTS: Will be announced later
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
- Nationality: Indian citizen
- Education: 10th pass (Matriculation) from a recognized board on or before August 1, 2025
🕒 Age Limit (as on August 1, 2025):
- 18–25 years: For MTS & some Havaldar posts
(Born between Aug 2, 2000, and Aug 1, 2007) - 18–27 years: For some MTS & Havaldar posts
(Born between Aug 2, 1998, and Aug 1, 2007)
Age relaxation as per govt. rules for SC/ST, OBC, PwD, etc.
🏃♂️ Physical Standards (Havaldar only):
For Males:
- Height: 157.5 cm (relaxable for some categories)
- Chest: 81 cm (expanded), 5 cm minimum expansion
- Walking: 1600 meters in 15 mins
- Cycling: 8 km in 30 mins
For Females:
- Height: 152 cm
- Weight: 48 kg (relaxable for some)
- Walking: 1 km in 20 mins
- Cycling: 3 km in 25 mins

- First, complete One-Time Registration (OTR)
- Fee: ₹100
(No fee for women, SC/ST, PwBD, and Ex-Servicemen)

- Grammar, vocabulary, synonyms, antonyms, comprehension passage
